Community Groups

To witness and be witnessed

Community groups offer a supportive space to connect, share, and build alongside others. These sessions blend art, dialogue, and collective reflection to create a shared experience of mutual care and transformation.

Each session is shaped around a different theme with its own unique art directive — exploring burnout, rest, resistance, identity, emotional processing, and more. You’re invited to engage in whatever way feels right for you.

These groups are held specifically for Global Majority communities, including people from Black, Brown, Asian, Indigenous, and racialised backgrounds.

We gather to:

  • Connect with ourselves and each other through shared experience

  • Use creativity as a tool for expression and processing

  • Foster a sense of belonging and community

A wide range of art materials, tea, and water are provided. Whether you’re new to group spaces or returning to this kind of work, all are welcome.
