I offer individual sessions for those seeking one-to-one therapeutic support grounded in care, connection, and curiosity. Sessions may include art-making, talking therapy, or a combination of both, depending on what feels right for you. You’re invited to come as you are and reflect on your experiences at your own pace.
We might explore:
Life transitions, grief, identity, or trauma
Stress, anxiety, depression, isolation, or overwhelming thoughts and feelings
Experiences of marginalisation or systemic harm
Creativity, processing, embodiment, and meaning-making

Format: Online or in-person in Bethnal Green, East London

Duration: 60 minutes
