I offer individual sessions for those seeking one-to-one therapeutic support grounded in care, connection, and curiosity. Sessions may include art-making, talking therapy, or a combination of both, depending on what feels right for you. You’re invited to come as you are and reflect on your experiences at your own pace.

We might explore:

  • Life transitions, grief, identity, or trauma

  • Stress, anxiety, depression, isolation, or overwhelming thoughts and feelings

  • Experiences of marginalisation or systemic harm

  • Creativity, processing, embodiment, and meaning-making

Session Details

  • Format: Online or in-person in Bethnal Green, East London

    (subject to availability and accessibility)

  • Duration: 60 minutes

Initial Consultation
Before starting together, we’ll have a free 30-minute meeting to:

  1. Talk about what brings you here and what support you’re seeking

  2. Get a sense of whether we’re a good fit

  3. Go over important information like framework, confidentiality, ethics, and what to expect
